• Aggregate Limit of Insurance per account $5,000. per policy period.

• Lost Wages $500 per week for four weeks maximum.

AIG Blanket Accident Insurance ~ (Not a deposit.)

• 24 Hour coverage

• Coverage for dismemberment, loss of limbs, & accidental death.

• Benefits provided under joint membership will be divided equally among all joint members who are on file with the policy holder.

• Basic Club Reward maximum coverage $10,000.

• Double Club Reward maximum coverage $20,000.

• Family Club Reward maximum coverage $20,000., Spouse $2,500., Dependent Child $2,500.
