FreedomLine 24 is the fast, safe and convenient way
to get the information you need. Here's how to use it:

Dial 1-800-947-7051
-
Have your account numbers ready and the primary
social security numbers shown on your account AND
your Personal Identification Number (PIN). This PIN
may be established the first time you use
FreedomLine 24, and it serves as your personal
protection from any unauthorized person gaining
information about your account. When you first call
FreedomLine 24, you will be asked to enter the last
four digits of the social security number shown on
your account(s) as a means of security. Once in the
system, you will be asked to enter any 4-digit
number you wish with this number serving as your
PIN. By establishing a PIN, you will have authorized entry to
your account information.

Note:
All calls into the
FreedomLine 24 system will try to match the number
you are calling from with a number the bank has on
file for you. If the system is unable to confirm a
match you will be prompted to enter in your birth
date before access is granted. This is just another
precaution the bank has taken to help ensure the
integrity of your information.
