Internet Banking Features

Are you getting everything that you can out of Internet Banking? Chances are there are, still some great FREE features you're not taking advantage of. Check out all of the features listed below and start taking advantage of them today!

Online Statements https://www.pbknetonline.com/onlineserv/HB/Signon.cgi

Get your statements through Internet Banking without having to keep up with another user name and password with Online Statements.

There are some nice advantages to choosing Online Statements:

  • It’s the environmentally conscious choice;
  • You’ll get your statements faster than paper copies;
  • You won’t have to remember an additional user name and password to get them;
  • It will allow you to save all of your statements to your computer (statements will stay available online for 90 days); and
  • It’s FREE!

If you are already getting eStatements but would like to get your statements through Internet Banking instead or if you’re still getting your statements in the mail; you can sign up for Online Statements the next time you log into Internet Banking. Once you log in just click on the Icon on the top labeled “Products & Services”. This will take you to a new page where you’ll see a section titled “CSI – PBK Bank’s online statement partner”; this is where you’ll need to go to sign up.

Signing up is a breeze. Just read the disclosure and accept the disclosure if you agree to the terms, then check your personal information and correct anything if necessary, and then choose to sign up for online statements for a particular account or choose to add it for all of your checking and savings accounts. Then just wait for your next statement cut date and you are set. You’ll get an email letting you know when your statement is ready to be viewed.

Expedited Payments

With Expedited Payments you can have payments delivered the next business day (may vary due to the time payment is made). This could come in handy if you've forgotten to make a payment and want to avoid late charge. Expedited Payments can be made by check or electronically (some payees may not be able to accept all forms of payment and not all payees are set-up to accept Expedited Payments).

There is a charge for using Expedited Payments. If you are making your payment electronically the charge is $5.00 and if you are making it via check, the charge is $25.00. Both amounts could be much less than a potential late charge. To make an Expedited Payment, go to Bill Pay, click on the "Expedited Payments" link, beside Make Payments and follow the easy to understand prompts that will guide you through the process.

When making your payments, be sure to note the Deliver By date, as that is when you expect the payment to be delivered. Depending on who you are paying and what time of the day you are setting your payment up, next day delivery may not be available.

Enhanced Login Security

This is now a required feature for all Internet Banking users. The extra security helps protect you, the user, and your financial information, giving you an added peace of mind.

Email/Text Notifications

You can have an email sent to you, or a text message sent to your phone, to remind you of a number of things concerning your bank accounts.

You can set emails/text messages to be sent based on:

  • Account balance (see when your account balance goes below or above a preset amount.)

  • Check number (see when that check cleared).

  • Maturity Date (set yourself a reminder to come in and renew that CD before it expires.)

All messages are customizable by you when you set them up, or you can always go back into Internet Banking and edit the messages.

To receive a text message on your phone instead of getting an email you will need to reference the information below. The information will need to be put into the email field when you are setting up the notification.

Example number: 606-555-5555

6065555555@mobile.celloneusa.com : Cellular One 6065555555@vtext.com : Verizon

Your default Customer Number is your social security number with no dash, but Internet Banking will require you to change your Customer Number at your first log-in. The requirements are 6 - 20 characters and you must have at least 2 letters. If at anytime you want to change your Customer Number you can do so under User Options after you get logged in.

& Much More

There are several options that can be set and changed under User Options to make your Internet Banking experience more enjoyable. Be sure to check them out!
