Not sure what you should bring to the bank? The following is a list of items needed in order to complete the processing of your real estate purchase request. Providing these items during your first appointment will expedite the process.

_____     Amount of Annual Tax Bill

_____     Most Recent Income Tax Returns or W-2's

_____     Copy of 2 Pay Stubs from Each Borrower

_____     Copy of Purchase Agreement

_____     Seller's Full name, Address, & Phone Number

_____     Mortgager's Full Name, Address, & Phone Number

_____     All Creditors' Name(s), Address(es), Phone Number(s), & Account Number(s)

_____      All Depositors' Name(s), Adderess(es), Phone Number(s), & Account Number(s)

_____     Appraisal Fee (typically $300)
